These tall, shabby apartment buildings and town homes were once supposed to help those of lower income find a sense of security, but had since turned into a neighborhood popular for mischief. After the humans left, however, it became more of a refuge for dogs who felt they had no where else to go. Most don't linger in this location for long if they can help it.
