About the Peace Keepers

The Peace Keepers' goal is to maintain balance across Quenton. They understand that there is such thing as good and evil and they understand that the fine line between them is precariously easy to disrupt. Corrupt dogs will always be a part of life and they have every right to live freely on the island just as the good canines do, so the Peace Keepers formed to keep them from getting too out of hand. It was dictated long ago that the vile dogs were to be confined to the Flipside, or, if not them, then any heinous act that they plan on doing. If a dog were to cross the bridges into the barren half of the island and he got killed, that was by his own fault. However, if someone from the Flipside came into Bayridge and murdered, they'd be hunted across the land. The borders were set to be upheld and who better to uphold them than the ones who set them in the first place. The Peace Keepers are thought of as the ruling pack of Quenton, even though they themselves are headed by the Elder Council. It is said that only the very good and the very bad have ever laid eyes upon the mysterious canines that make up its ranks, and those who are inducted are selected through a tedious and rigorous process led by the High Elder. The Alpha of the Peace Keepers gets his orders from the Council and whatever they want they get. If they decide that a small pack forming at the edge of Bayridge may prove to be a problem in any way, shape, or form, then a select group of dogs will be mobilized to disband them. This group is only known as Noctis and some question whether or not they even exist. Many would say that the very core of the Peace Keepers is shrouded in mystery, that no one truly knows their plans, goals, and aspirations except for the Alpha and the Elder Council.
